Parents and players are expected to conduct themselves in alignment with the highest standards of respect, sportsmanship, and ethical behavior at all BYBL events and activities.

By participating in the BYBL program, I acknowledge that I will:

• ✅ Encourage and model fair play

• ✅ Cheer positively for all players and teams

• ✅ Avoid negative or harsh criticism of any player, coach, or game performance

• ✅ Show respect for all players, coaches, referees, and spectators

• ✅ Always display good sportsmanship, win or lose

• ✅ Abstain from criticizing opponents, referees, or coaches

• ✅ Help foster a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids can play, learn, and grow

I understand that I represent not only my team but also the Bruin Youth Basketball League (BYBL). I agree to conduct myself in accordance with the expectations outlined in the BYBL Athletic Code of Conduct.

I understand that my actions will be visible to players, coaches, other families, and league leadership—and that I will be held accountable. I acknowledge that failure to uphold the BYBL Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from league participation.
